Morrison Mahoney Partner Doyle Valley was a panelist at the 2017 American Bar Association’s Spring National Legal Malpractice Conference in Boston.  

Doyle’s panel, which presented on Case Law Developments, synthesized and interpreted recent decisions that impact the lawyers’ professional liability landscape.  Doyle’s panel concentrated on cases discussing the statute of limitations and the continuous representation doctrine, the in pari delicto doctrine and the circumstance where an attorney can be sued by a non-client.  To view the case studies, pleaseclick here.
