Morrison Mahoney Adds Corporate Transactions Partner to Boston Office

Morrison Mahoney announced today that Eric J. Gyllenborg has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Transactions group. Eric is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on commercial lending, private securities offerings, venture capital, private equity, finance, employment, medical and technology transfer matters, representation of closely held businesses and general corporate matters.

Eric advises clients on a wide array of matters and has handled numerous transactions on behalf of institutional lenders, business owners, family-owned enterprises, entrepreneurs, and private investors. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial loans, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and other complex business needs. He also represents lenders and borrowers in all types of sophisticated financing transactions.

Eric is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations and serves on the Board of Trustees for Tower School, an independent, co-educational day school for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 8, located in Marblehead, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, cum laude, and received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
