It is with great pride that the partnership of Morrison Mahoney LLP announces the unanimous election of three new partners.
Our new partners represent a range of practice areas including appeals, health care, insurance coverage, premises liability defense, professional liability defense, medical malpractice, transportation, and employment law disputes.
“I know I speak on behalf of all of my partners when I say that this group reflects a bright and healthy future, indeed, for Morrison Mahoney. Congratulations to these partners for this well-deserved elevation, and I thank all of their mentors for bringing along our next generation of growth and success,” said Managing Partner Scott Burke.
The new partners are:
- John Babcock (Boston) – John defends individual, charitable and corporate clients in medical and professional liability cases. He also represents clients in products and premises liability cases, and is a member of the firm’s Education Law practice group.
- Amy Parker (Boston) – Amy practices civil defense litigation, with a focus on medical professional liability and premises liability in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She defends nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, medical professionals, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of matters involving medical malpractice, vertical transportation (elevator/escalator accidents), employment law, wrongful death, landlord-tenant, and transportation.
- Brian Tetreault (Hartford) – Brian concentrates his practice in the defense of general and professional liability claims, and represents individuals, businesses and professionals in a wide variety of contexts and stages of litigation.
