Morrison Mahoney Expands Insurance Fraud and SIU Practice

Morrison Mahoney continues to expand its Insurance Fraud and Forensic Investigations group with the recent addition of Doug McInnis and Marykate Williams.  The group advises insurers on the detection and prosecution of medical fraud and kickback schemes and staged accidents.

“There is a high demand for aggressive trial attorneys to expose and prosecute insurance fraud,” notes Scott Burke, Managing Partner of Morrison Mahoney. “With the addition of Doug and Marykate, our team is well-positioned to vigorously represent our insurance industry clients where and when they need it the most.”

Based in Boston, Doug and Marykate will work with practice leaders Joe Flanagan and John Graceffa as well as our teams in New York and Connecticut.

Our Insurance Fraud and Forensic Investigations Practice Group provides an array of investigative, preventative and litigation services, including prosecuting cases involving fraud, commercial bribery and complex schemes to defraud. Members of the Commercial Fraud and Forensic Investigations Practice Group have successfully prosecuted numerous cases under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”) and state analogues, anti-kickback statute and common law fraud.
