The new partners represent a range of practice areas including workers’ compensation, insurance coverage, professional and general liability, healthcare law, medical and hospital malpractice.

The new partners are:
Katherine M. DuBaldo (Hartford, CT) – Katherine concentrates her practice in the areas of workers' compensation and general liability and represents insurers, self-insurers, and employers at all stages of workers' compensation matters. She works directly and extensively with insurance adjusters, supervisors, and managers to work toward the effective resolution of high exposure and complex workers’ compensation cases.
Richard R. Hennessey (Boston, MA) - Richard represents some of the nation’s leading insurance carriers in a variety of civil litigation matters involving commercial property policies, professional and general liability policies, homeowners’ policies, and builders risk policies. He has extensive coverage experience in a variety of matters across several lines of coverage.
Andrew P. Lawendowski (Worcester, MA) - Andrew is well-versed in all areas of professional malpractice and general liability and has a dedicated focus on dental and medical malpractice. He represents doctors, dentists, specialty care practitioners and other healthcare professionals in professional liability matters throughout state and federal courts and regularly represents dentists before the state licensing board.
Lisa C. Rocha (Fall River, MA) - Lisa has over fifteen years of experience defending, and litigating workers’ compensation claims at the Department of Industrial Accidents from conciliation through appeal to the Reviewing Board on behalf of insurers, self-insurers and national companies. She has also negotiated numerous favorable settlements for our clients in cases which did not proceed to a full evidentiary hearing.
Caroline M. Smith (Boston, MA) – Caroline’s practice is focused on hospital and medical malpractice defense where she represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals in medical malpractice claims. Caroline also has extensive experience in defending health providers in Board disciplinary matters.
Justin P. Starr (Boston, MA) – Justin specializes in the area of workers’ compensation and represents numerous national self-insurers, insurers, employers and third-party administrators throughout all stages of litigation at the Department of Industrial Accidents. He defends a diverse range of claims, including allegations of permanent and total disability, work-related deaths, and willful misconduct of the employer.
Michael S. Tripicco (Hartford, CT) - Michael defends non-medical professionals including lawyers, law firms, insurance agents and brokers, architects and other professionals in a variety of product liability and general liability mattes, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He also has substantial litigation experience in defending claims alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and other consumer statutory claims
