Morrison Mahoney Elects Three New Partners

It is with great pride that the partnership of Morrison Mahoney announces the election of three new partners.

Our new partners represent a range of practice areas including appellate practice, construction litigation, professional liability defense, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, and real property disputes.

“The election of new partners, to me, is both a celebration of hard work for many years by our new partner and a recognition of the value of collaboration and mentorship,” said managing partner Scott Burke.

The new partners are:

  • Cary Joyce (Hartford), who has both trial and appellate civil litigation experience and focuses primarily on professional liability defense, where she represents attorneys, doctors, dentists, and hospitals;
  • Patrick Day (Hartford), who represents private clients in a diverse array of legal disputes including general tort and liability, business and commercial matters, and real property disputes; and
  • Robert Gunning (Parsippany), who focuses his legal practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, health care, product liability, and professional liability.

Congratulations to our new partners, and thank you to the partners who have mentored and contributed to the success of Cara, Pat, and Robert.
