Morrison Mahoney Partner Christopher Martin Participates in CLE Program on Legal Malpractice Claims

Morrison Mahoney Partner Christopher Martin participated in a CLE program, “Understanding and Presenting Legal Malpractice Claims,” hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on August 12, 2016. Chris was part of a distinguished panel of speakers that included a New Jersey Supreme Court Justice. His segment, “Affidavit of Merit Issues and Recent Cases,” detailed NJ’s affidavit of merit statute and case law on exceptions to the statute, which include “extraordinary circumstances” and “lack of information.”
