Boston Partner John Knight gave a presentation to the claims department of a multinational retail company before approximately seventy-five representatives. John addressed comparative negligence law and all models of comparative negligence law utilized throughout the country. He also addressed different approaches to multiple defendant liability and how that liability is apportioned in various jurisdictions throughout the country.
