Hartford Partner Jim Brawley presents on Bad Faith Issues

Hartford Partner Jim Brawley recently made a presentation on bad faith issues during Allied World Assurance Company's annual Claims Summit. The bad faith presentation was given by a five member panel of lawyers from different geographic regions. Jim focused on bad faith issues in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. The bad faith panel was the keynote lecture and was very well received.
