Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a Client Billing Specialist to join its Finance Department in its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly proforma selections.
  • Completing attorney edits on proformas.
  • Review for guideline compliance.

Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate a variety of marketing and communication activities for attorneys and practice areas across the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting internal announcements on the firm’s intranet, as well as news items for the website and social media platforms, e.g., LinkedIn.
  • Create internal campaigns: LinkedIn Highlights (weekly) and Colleague Spotlight Email (quarterly).
  • Facilitate firm hosted webinars in all facets: planning, promotion, day-of-event responsibilities, and follow-up.
  • Assist with new attorney on-boarding process – coordinate new attorneys’ website bios, press releases, and conduct marketing orientation.
  • Assist with correspondence, formatting and distribution of the firm’s nine industry-focused newsletters (some weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annually) using an email marketing service.
  • Work with attorneys to create marketing collateral – brochures, pitchbooks, and proposals.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of awards and rankings submissions.
  • Track new additions to the firm’s Alumni Program.
  • Communicate local and practice-specific successes for inclusion on web bios, social media and internal announcements.

Qualifications/Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • An ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous priorities, working closely with the attorneys, HR department, and managing partner.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to communicate with attorneys, support staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Passionate attention to detail and grammar; always ensuring MM branding is intact.
