Our Worcester office seeks a full-time litigation legal assistant with at least three years of experience. We are seeking a self-starter who is detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, who is knowledgeable in Federal and State Court filings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal assistant role
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and prioritize tasks independently and logically, with little direction
  • Strong typing and computer skills including calendaring and E-filing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Nuance, Edocs, Prolaw and Outlook.

Client Billing Specialist - Boston, MA

Our Boston office seeks a Client Billing Specialist to join our finance department. The Client Billing Specialist will be the primary contact for the billing attorneys and clients and responsible for the monthly ProForma process. Position requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly pre-bill selections
  • Completing attorney edits on ProFormas
  • Review for guideline compliance
  • Final billing with submission of invoices on electronic websites

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience; previous law experience preferred
  • Ability to take initiative with strong time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements and specific client designated software
  • Strong computer skills including MSWord, Excel, and Elite Billing Software

Our Providence office seeks an associate for its general liability/professional liability practice. The attorney will be based out of Providence but will handle cases in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, so admission to both bars is a must. We are looking for a candidate with strong academics and writing skills. Applicant can have little to no experience and will have the opportunity to be trained by experienced litigators.
