On Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 4:30 p.m., the Judicial Administration Section Council of the MBA is hosting a View From the Bench program at the MBA office located at 20 West Street in Boston. Partner Michael Hayden is the Program Chair, and the panel includes Judge Wilkins, Judge Buckley and Judge Connolly from the Superior Court. The program will focus on the recent amendments to Superior Court Rule 9A, 9C and 9D, as well as discussion of Superior Court Rule 20 and Standing Order 1-88F. The MBA Civil Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Division are also co-sponsoring the event.
