Morrison Mahoney Partner John Knight will be a presenter on “Claims Management Challenges: Telephonic Challenges” on January 11, 2017. He will speak to an audience of workers’ compensation and liability adjusters for a multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores and grocery stores, headquartered in Arkansas.
This course, presented by the CEU Institute, will review the benefits and challenges of telephonic communication as well as objectives for managing continuous communication with several groups involved in claims management: vendors, the claimant, attorneys, and internal colleagues.
