Richard is participating in a panel discussion entitled "Preparing a Client for a 30(B)(6) Deposition in the Future." As a 30(b)(6) corporate designee witness, you are charged with having knowledge of the entire organization on certain designated topics. With the proliferation of electronic communications as the major mode of communication inside organizations, and increasingly strict requirements on retaining electronic data, the universe of information in a corporation’s “knowledge” is becoming increasingly vast. This panel will present strategies for rising corporate leaders – as the corporate designee witnesses of the future and the attorneys preparing them for their depositions – to deal with this onslaught of information and effectively prepare for the depositions of the future.
