Morrison Mahoney Partners Anthony Abeln and Noel Dumas will be speaking on a panel at the New England Healthcare Risk Management Conference on May 2, 2022.
Anthony and Noel will present “Privilege/Disqualification and Protecting Internal Documents in Litigation.” The focus of the presentation has two aspects. First, Anthony and Noel will discuss the various privileges that apply in the medical/hospital setting. The second part will focus on tools and strategies for maintaining the privileged status of documents and information.
The New England Healthcare Risk Management (NEHRM) Conference will take place on May 1-3, 2022 in Groton, CT, and will cover all aspects of healthcare risk management.
