Morrison Mahoney associate Richard Hennessey will co-chair the ALFA International 2022 Insurance & Professional Liability Seminar entitled “In the Eye of the Beholder: Viewing Insurance & Professional Liability Legal Issues from Modern Perspectives,” on June 22 - 24, 2022.
Partner Alan Brown will be a panelist on a discussion entitled “Are You Mocking Me? Fun with Focus Groups and Mock Trial Madness” that will offer lessons learned from his experience with focus group exercises and mock trials.
Associate Veronica Du will be attending the seminar as a recipient of an ALFA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Scholarship. The scholarships are awarded to engage a larger number of diverse attorneys in ALFA practice groups. Veronica, has helped expand Morrison Mahoney’s Professional Liability practice to include Mandarin-speaking professionals. She was nominated by Alan Brown for the scholarship.
The seminar will cover landmark decisions and events, and how the intangibles influence the issues and outcomes in the areas of the law and businesses.
