Morrison Mahoney partner Michael Aylward will be moderating a panel of a prominent policyholder counsel called “View from the Policyholder Side” at DRI’s upcoming Bad Faith and Extracontractual Liability seminar in Chicago on July 22-24.
The panel will take place on Friday, July 23, at 2:00 pm and cover several scenarios in the context of first and third-party claims adjustment and coverage litigation. The main goal of this panel is to present a framework for thinking through the propriety of conduct both to advise clients and to govern our own conduct as insurance coverage lawyers.
