Morrison Mahoney Partner Michael Aylward will be presenting on a panel at the American Bar Association's 28th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Mid-Year Conference covering hot topics in the world of insurance.
Michael's panel is titled "Recent Critical Coverage Decisions/Hindsight in 2020: Looking Back at Key Insurance Developments and How They Impact Policyholders and Insurers." This program will review and analyze the critical insurance coverage decisions from the various courts and jurisdictions around the country. Such decisions not only have had broad appeal, but have had a tremendous impact on the industry.
The conference will be held from February 20-22, 2020 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AR. Michael's panel takes place at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 21. Read more information here.
