Trial Verdict 2015-6: Boston Partner Gareth Notis and Associate Stephen Troiano

Boston Partner Gareth Notis and Associate Stephen Troiano obtained a defense verdict after a two day jury trial. The plaintiff allegedly fell down a flight of exterior stairs as a result of a defective condition at a resort. The plaintiff allegedly sustained permanent neck and shoulder injuries, as well as a scar on her leg. After 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury found the resort was not negligent.
