Springfield Partner John Bagley and Associate Jeff O’Connor recently obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice jury trial in Berkshire Superior Court. The client, a radiologist, and the co-defendant, an emergency room physician, were sued for failing to diagnose a shoulder dislocation in a woman who had fallen on the hospital campus.
