Trial Verdict 2015-23: Boston Associate Meg Curley

Boston Associate Meg Curley recently obtained a defense verdict for our client in a motor vehicle negligence action at Falmouth District Court. The case involved a plaintiff who claimed her vehicle was sideswiped and damaged by our client’s passing school bus. Meg was able to discredit the testimony of the plaintiff and her witness by presenting a videotape which refuted the adverse witness’ testimony and corroborated our driver’s contention that the plaintiff lost control of her vehicle before the accident.
