Courtroom Success 2015-23: Boston Partner Grace Garcia and Associate Steve Troiano

Boston Partner Grace Garcia and Associate Steve Troiano recently obtained summary judgment in Suffolk Superior Court. The plaintiff asserted claims for fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract based on allegations that a local restaurant misrepresented its food ingredients as being free of animal products over a five-year period. Among other defenses, Grace and Steve argued that the plaintiff could not succeed as he had incurred no recoverable damages. After a hearing, the judge issued a decision granting summary judgment on all counts of the plaintiff’s complaint.
