Trial Verdict 2015-21: Hartford Partner Robert Cassot

Hartford Partner Robert Cassot recently obtained a defense verdict in a legal malpractice action. The plaintiffs alleged that our client had negligently handled a real estate transaction and partnership agreement. The plaintiffs demanded $800,000 before the start of the four-day trial. The jury deliberated for only an hour before returning the defense verdict.
