Jesse is a Partner in the Hartford, Connecticut office of Morrison Mahoney where he concentrates his practice on the defense side of civil litigation matters. Coming from a blue-collar background, Jesse vigorously defends his clients and has a proven track record of successfully representing clients throughout the litigation process up to and including trial proceedings, when necessary and when warranted.

Over the past decade, Jesse has defended his clients in a variety of areas but currently concentrates his practice on professional liability matters including the defense of lawyers/law firms, agents/brokers, design/construction professionals, and various other professionals. Jesse also regularly represents clients in general liability matters including those related to hospitality and retail liability, transportation/trucking liability, premises liability, liquor liability, and products liability. Additionally, Jesse engages in a variety of insurance and reinsurance matters including first party litigation and regularly provides advice and representation in coverage disputes and bad faith/unfair insurance practice matters.

Along with his litigation work, Jesse is a frequent advisor and presenter on topics related to risk management and emerging trends in the civil litigation world. Jesse also takes particular pride in his pro bono representation of disadvantaged veterans facing housing crises across the State of Connecticut.
