Katherine is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. Her practice involves all aspects of Professional Liability claims from pre-suit matters through post-trial appeals. This comprises the defense of general liability and professional liability matters and includes design professionals, lawyers, and other professionals. She also focuses on the defense of product liability claims on behalf of foreign and domestic manufacturers, distributors, component suppliers, and retailers. She has litigated complex tort litigation and construction matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney LLP, Kate practiced at a national law firm where she represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of insurance defense and business matters.
