Joseph is an associate in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, as well as tort liability, including transportation, premises and general liability. Joseph is an adept litigator who has obtained favorable results for clients by successfully engaging in settlement negotiations and conducting binding arbitrations. He advises clients on all aspects of litigation, guiding them from inception through trial.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Joseph was an associate attorney where his practice focused on tort and liability defense litigation for national insurance carriers and self-insured companies. He has prior experience litigating both civil and criminal matters.
