Daniel is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and represents attorneys, real estate professionals, and insurance brokers on a variety of malpractice claims. Daniel also has extensive practice in products liability law, where he has defended clients from claims measured in the tens of millions of dollars, in cases ranging from traumatic burns to quadriplegia.
Daniel has represented clients ranging from large businesses operating on an international scale to solo practitioners. Daniel’s investigations on behalf of his clients’ defense has found numerous “smoking guns” on behalf of his clients. For example, Daniel recently uncovered testimony from a plaintiff’s executive in an out-of-state case that directly contradicted his testimony that Daniel’s client had caused plaintiff millions of dollars in damages. Daniel brings this same focus and attention to detail to all of his clients.
