Kimberly is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice defense and represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in both medical malpractice claims and Board disciplinary matters. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Kimberly worked for several years at another prominent firm where she also specialized in medical malpractice defense.

Kimberly has both first and second chair trial experience and has also successfully represented claimants in hundreds of administrative hearings.

Kimberly graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and with the highest distinction in the Civil Litigation Concentration. Prior to law school, Kimberly earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating magna cum laude as a dual degree recipient and member of the Commonwealth Honors College.

  • Obtained dismissals of numerous complaints against physicians at the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine.
  • Second chaired medical malpractice trial with allegation of failure to appropriately diagnose and treat post-surgery complications.
