Adam is a partner in the Manchester office of Morrison Mahoney. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all manners of state and federal forums, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings and mediations. Adam represents businesses large and small, insurers and individuals, with a particular emphasis on defending personal injury claims, resolving employment matters, handling insurance coverage issues, and litigating construction disputes on behalf of contractors, subcontractors and project owners. Adam works closely with clients to understand their priorities and find a resolution that best serves the client’s business or personal interests, whether through mediation, arbitration, trial or other means.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Tried numerous cases to verdict before judges and juries, including successful defense of clients in jury trials involving automobile collisions and resulting personal injuries, premises liability cases, in construction litigation and bond claims, and in business and contract disputes.
  • With a colleague, defended client in a nine-day jury trial involving claims of childhood lead poisoning and resulting brain injury. That case, Baxter v. Temple, was the first lead poisoning case to be tried in New Hampshire and resulted in a verdict for the defendants. Adam and his colleague also recently succeeded in having plaintiffs’ neuropsychological expert excluded after a six-day Daubert hearing in another lead paint case involving a large group of Somali refugee plaintiffs.
