Kevin Buono is an associate in Morrison Mahoney’s Boston office, concentrating his practice in the areas of hospital/medical malpractice and long-term care liability, with an emphasis on class action litigation and appellate advocacy.
Kevin has first, second, and co-chair trial experience in Massachusetts courts. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a Boston-based defense litigation firm handling complex tort, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and sexual abuse cases. He also defended corporations, insurers, and public utilities against consumer protection claims alleging unfair and deceptive acts and practices. Previously, he was a law clerk for judges of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
While in law school, Kevin was an editor of the New England Law Review, a graduate research assistant in constitutional law, and a legal extern at several institutions, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals, Massachusetts Superior Court, and Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office.
