Daniel is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and tort and general liability defense. He represents insurance companies, businesses, and non-medical professionals and other individuals in all stages of litigation.
Daniel has experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury law, medical malpractice defense, criminal law, and landlord/tenant law.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Daniel worked at a civil litigation firm in the Metrowest area, primarily handling premises liability and general tort claims. Prior to working in that position, Daniel worked at a prominent civil litigation firm in White Plains, NY, defending physicians and hospitals in Medical Malpractice claims throughout the New York City area. During law school, Daniel held an internship with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Successfully argued appellate case before the Second Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court and obtained dismissal of a plaintiff’s medical malpractice complaint against an emergency room physician at a major New York City hospital.
