John K. Babcock

John is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. His practice is focused on the defense of clients in medical and professional liability cases. John regularly represents clients in matters before state and federal courts, and has successfully represented clients both at trial and on appeal. Additionally, John assists clients with proceedings before state administrative agencies, and advises clients in matters of professional discipline and licensure. John also represents clients in premises liability cases, and is a member of the firm’s Education Law practice group.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Secured defense verdicts at trial on behalf of multiple clients, including suits filed against internal medicine physician, hospital physician, and radiologist
• Obtained summary judgment on behalf of multiple clients in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice, personal injury/contractual indemnification, premises liability, and breach of contract
• Successfully represented health care client clients in defense of complaints filed with Board(s) of Registration
