John is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. His practice is focused on the defense of individual, charitable and corporate clients in medical and professional liability cases. John regularly represents clients in matters before state and federal courts, and has successfully represented clients at trial and on appeal. Additionally, John assists clients with matters before state administrative agencies and advises clients in the areas of processional licensure, risk management, and compliance. John also represents clients in products and premises liability cases, and is a member of the firm’s Higher Education Law practice group.
