Michael is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney where he concentrates his practice in the defense of non-medical professionals including lawyers, law firms, insurance agents and brokers, architects and other professionals.  Michael also defends clients in a variety of product liability and general liability matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Additionally, Michael has substantial litigation experience in defending claims alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and other consumer statutory claims, and is well-versed in defending toxic tort claims involving exposure to asbestos and talcum powder.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Michael worked at several prominent New York City defense firms, where he handled a wide variety of high-stakes matters throughout all phases of litigation.

During law school, Michael interned for The Honorable Stephen M. Limon at Suffolk County Juvenile Court in Boston, and served as an editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
