Michael is an associate in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in defending non-medical professionals including lawyers, law firms, insurance agents and brokers, architects and other professionals. Michael additionally defends clients in a variety of product liability and general liability mattes, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Michael also has substantial litigation experience in defending claims alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and other consumer statutory claims. He is also well-versed in defending toxic tort claims involving exposure to asbestos and talcum powder.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Michael worked at several prominent New York City defense firms, where he handled a wide variety of high-stakes matters throughout all phased of litigation.
During law school, Michael interned for The Honorable Stephen M. Limon at Suffolk County Juvenile Court in Boston, and served as an editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
