James is an associate in the Fall River office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and tort defense representing numerous national self-insurers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout all stages of litigation at the Department of Industrial Accidents and in the District and Superior Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, James represented plaintiffs and employees throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island handling matters from complex workers’ compensation cases to medical malpractice actions. There, he garnered appellate experience successfully handling cases in front of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
While in law school, James was selected as a member of the trial team and competed in multiple interscholastic trial team competitions. He also received CALI Awards for the highest overall grade in 1st Amendment Law, Private International Law, and Corporate Ethics and Governance.
