Matthew is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, G.L. c. 93A, prison healthcare, premises liability, and products liability. He has performed extensive work on high-profile prison healthcare class action cases and in a triple fatality carbon monoxide poisoning product liability case.
Matthew has extensive experience conducting and interfacing electronic discovery on Relativity: eDiscovery Software Solutions, has obtained four defense verdicts in District Court, and prepared summary judgment motions on a number of complex issues including Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and personal jurisdiction.
While in law school, Matthew served as a member of the New England Law Review.
