William A. Staar

Bill is the Liaison Partner for the Manchester, New Hampshire, office of Morrison Mahoney, and has been a litigator for almost twenty years. He regularly defends clients—including the country’s largest window-and-door manufacturer and one of the country’s largest dealers of heavy construction equipment—in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. He has extensive experience in construction liability, product liability, premises liability (including OSHA claims), employment liability, auto/truck liability, aviation liability, and non-medical professional liability, including that concerning attorneys, design professionals, real estate brokers, and insurance agents. Additionally, he has worked closely with the sporting-goods industry with respect to claims, product design, and state-and-federal-regulation compliance. Bill has authored many legal articles and spoken at multiple trade-group conferences.
