Kateryna Stupnevich

Kateryna is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. She is a member of the complex claims and insurance groups, and concentrates her practice in the areas of products, general liability, life science, insurance coverage litigation and arbitrations. Her practice also encompasses professional liability, property claims, and commercial and business litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Kateryna represented corporate and individual clients in a broad spectrum of complex civil matters, including commercial litigation, labor and employment, personal injury and premises liability, and domestic relations.

While in law school, Kateryna was recognized for excelling in a variety of subject matters and was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in real estate finance, landlord-tenant litigation, and discovery.
