Christina is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. Christina’s practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice and professional liability. Christina has represented hospitals, assisted living facilities, and various medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and dentists, in complex malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits as well as administrative proceedings brought by the Department of Public Health. Christina also has experience defending non-medical professionals, including attorneys, real estate professionals and corporate executives, in actions claiming negligence and malpractice.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court and then for Judge Stuart Bear and Judge Thomas West of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
While in law school, Christina served as Lead Articles Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and participated in the university’s Asylum and Human Rights Clinic.
