Jeffrey is a partner in the Parsippany office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in defense litigation and represents clients in products liability cases, construction accident and construction defect cases, workers’ compensation cases and professional liability cases.

Jeffrey also handles liquor liability cases, premises liability cases and public entity defense cases. He handles serious injury cases and wrongful death cases on behalf of the defense. Jeffrey has negotiated favorable settlements for subcontractors in large scale construction defect cases and obtained dismissals for clients in high exposure medical malpractice cases.

Additionally, Jeffrey practices in the area of business litigation and he holds an accountancy degree.

While in law school, Jeffrey served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of College & University Law.
