Bradley is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability defense, grievance representation, medical malpractice defense, and representation of medical professionals in connection with investigations by the Connecticut Department of Public Health, and represents attorneys, physicians, hospitals, dentists, and other professionals.
Prior to rejoining Morrison Mahoney in 2017, Bradley was based in Louisiana where his practice focused on the representation of a federal shipbuilding contractor and its executive officers in large exposure occupational disease and toxic tort cases, in state and federal court.
Bradley also has substantial appellate experience, having argued before the U. S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on several occasions, and before the Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal for the State of Louisiana, having filed Petitions for Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States and the Supreme Court of the State of Louisiana, and having coauthored several briefs to the Appellate Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut.
Prior to returning to private practice in 2002, Bradley served as Counsel, Professional Liability for the Eastern Region of Resolution Trust Corporation in Atlanta, and the Northeast Region of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in New York and Hartford, where he received awards for Superior Performance and Special Achievement 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996; as Counsel, Specialty Claim for Travelers Property Casualty Corporation in Hartford; and as Chief Legal Officer for an electric utility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
