Justin is an associate in the Manchester office of Morrison Mahoney. He is lead counsel for all New Hampshire workers’ compensation matters. He has successfully litigated and resolved countless claims on behalf of employers and carriers before the New Hampshire Department of Labor and Compensation Appeals Board.
Additionally, Justin represents hospitals and doctors of all specialties, dentists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in New Hampshire state and federal court, and before their professional licensing boards. Justin grounds his practice in a comprehensive understanding of the law and efficient communication with his clients to ensure their interests are advanced at all times.
While in law school, Justin served as a judicial intern at Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn, Massachusetts, and also served as the continuity editor for Suffolk’s Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
