Michael is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of hospital and medical malpractice and represents clients in complex tort and commercial litigation. Michael has represented clients in a diverse array of complex civil lawsuits, including medical malpractice actions, contract disputes, lease negotiations and litigation, and probate litigation.
Michael also represents clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, package stores, and alcoholic beverage manufacturers and distributors, with respect to their legal needs. Michael has experience representing clients in business formation, purchases and sales, zoning relief, and liquor license compliance and violation hearings. He has appeared before local licensing authorities throughout Massachusetts and at the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
Michael is an appointed member of the Watertown Licensing Board – the municipal body responsible for the issuance and oversight of alcoholic beverage licenses granted by the town. Michael also serves as an adjunct professor at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, where he teaches a class on the principles of business law.
