Kristy Eagan

Kristy is a partner in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on health care insurance fraud, civil racketeering (RICO), and post judgment enforcement.

In addition, Kristy has experience in areas of construction litigation and labor law. She has experience practicing at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court in New York and New Jersey.
