Eva K. Larsen

Eva is a partner in the Bridgeport office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of professional and general liability, with a focus on the defense of lawyers, insurance agents, real estate professionals, accountants, architects and engineers, and businesses in claims of negligence and professional malpractice. Eva frequently handles high exposure and complex matters of professional liability, general liability, and product liability. Her experience includes the defense of businesses and professionals in construction liability cases.

Eva has civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts. She has successfully argued numerous dispositive motions on behalf of our clients in defending claims of professional liability, construction liability, and product liability. Eva has also argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court. At the appellate level, Eva has obtained numerous decisions in favor of our professional clients.

Eva currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Eva represented insurance companies and brokers in insurance coverage disputes, focusing on coverage for architects and engineers, law firms, financial institutions, cyber security and data breaches, and directors and officers. While in law school, Eva served as the Research Editor for The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
