Eva is a partner in the Bridgeport office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general and professional liability, with a particular focus on the defense of lawyers, medical professionals, insurance agents, real estate professionals, and businesses in disputes regarding claims of negligence, malpractice and product liability. Eva frequently handles high exposure and complex matters in the areas of transportation, premises liability, environmental claims and regulation, and product liability.
Additionally, Eva is a member of Morrison Mahoney’s Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy team and involved in the defense of class action and derivative lawsuits, as well as administrative enforcement actions brought by federal and state agencies charged with overseeing and enforcing privacy and data protection statutes, regulations and rules.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Eva practiced in the area of insurance coverage for professional liability, representing insurers and insurance brokers in coverage disputes in the areas of: architects and engineers, law firms, financial institutions, cyber and data privacy and directors and officers.
While in law school, Eva served as the Research Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
