Kaelah defends clients in all stages of the civil litigation process. She defends insurance companies, businesses, insureds and self-insured entities in a broad spectrum of issues including premises liability, general liability, professional liability and products liability. She has represented commercial retailers, product manufacturers and sellers, commercial property owners and property management companies in cases involving claims for defective premises and defective products. She is also experienced in initiating and defending against claims arising out of indemnity contracts.
Kaelah also defends medical professionals and non-medical professionals (including attorneys, real estate professionals and executives) in actions claiming negligence and malpractice.
