For over eight years, Russell has represented a variety of clients in a diverse practice area. At Morrison Mahoney, he represents employers in employment litigation and provides preventive counseling. He has broad experience handling claims before administrative agencies and state and federal courts involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants, workplace harassment and retaliation. He also handles general tort and liability defense, professional malpractice claims and public sector risk, including defense of claims of violations of civil rights.
