Joseph M. Fogarty

Joseph is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of long-term care liability and general liability and represents long-term care providers, businesses, insurers, and individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph served as  a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.

While in law school, Joseph served as the Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review and was the recipient of eighteen CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.
