Brian is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the defense of general and professional liability claims, and represents individuals, businesses and professionals in a wide variety of contexts and stages of litigation.
Brian has first-chaired fourteen trials to a jury, and obtained five defense verdicts among other favorable verdicts for his clients. He has handled many complicated cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, products liability, commercial disputes and complex construction defects. He has also argued before the Appellate Court of Connecticut and achieved advantageous results at arbitrations, mediations and other proceedings.
