Cara is a partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney. She has both trial and appellate civil litigation experience, and her practice focuses on professional liability defense. In addition to representing doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals in medical malpractice cases, she also represents attorneys in legal malpractice cases and other non-medical professionals as well. Cara also practices in the area of general liability defense, as well as commercial trucking, employment law and products liability.

Cara’s practice also extends to the appellate level, having argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court, as well as having served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Robinson of the Connecticut Appellate Court (currently the chief justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court).
