Joe has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for more than 35 years. His practice has concentrated in the areas of defense of general liability claims asserted against construction contractors and property owners, defense of commercial motor vehicle liability claims and litigation of insurance coverage matters. Joe was part of the Morrison Mahoney LLP defense team that handled the liability defense of a client throughout the complex “big dig” wrongful death and property damage lawsuits that arose out of the collapse of the I-90 connector tunnel in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, Joe represents and advises insurer clients for class action defense of claims of alleged unfair and deceptive claims handling practices.
